The Midlands’ very own Lunar Festival has announced a pretty mouth lineup. Headline artists include Tinariwen, Wilko Johnson, Public Service Broadcasting The Bootleg Beatles (1966 – 1970), Sun Ra Arkestra, The Fall, The Amazing Snakeheads, Julian Cope, BBC Radiophonic Workshop, Allah-Las, Sylvan Esso, Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin, Pretty Things and Orlando Julius and Heliocentrics with many more revealed for its 2nd year of existence.
Lunar is set in a truly beautiful working farm, the Umberslade Estate, and runs over Fri 5th – Sunday 7th June. Once more this intimate, family festival joins the dots across everything from funk, soul and jazz to African sounds, electronic odysseys, indie, pop, rock and loads more from some brilliant acts.
