Backstreet Boys Announce UK Arena Tour

US boy band the Backstreet Boys have today announced a huge UK arena tour for March/April 2014. The dates will be the first time the original line up of the group have performed together in over 10 years.

Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson will perform a string of dates in promotion of their new album ‘In A World Like This’, and to celebrate their 20th anniversary as a band.

On announcement of these dates, the band have said, “Last time we were in the UK we were living in a house together recording our album, which was incredible. Our last UK shows were with NKOTB and we had a fantastic time – the reaction was out of this world. We can’t wait to come back and blow you away with our own full headline show. We’re really excited for our UK fans to see us again as a five-piece. The original Backstreet’s back!”

The special guests for the tour will be another reformed group, in the shape of UK girl band All Saints, who will be reforming especially for these dates.

The dates for the tour are as follows:

26th March – Birmingham LG Arena
1st April – Dublin The O2
3rd April – Glasgow Hydro
4th April – London The O2
5th April – Manchester Phones 4u Arena

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 22nd November at 9am.
