Lyon Apprentice are a slick Indie Folk duo of brothers hailing from Australia.
Singles ‘Beautiful Thought’ and ‘I Will Find You’ have brought them satisfactory success up to now, but it’s bound to be minor in comparison to what the forthcoming EP, ‘Be Honest, Be Wild, Be Free’ will bring for Adam and Nathan.
Flooded with tracks of a mystic warmth and sheer melodic grace, the whole EP is a beautiful round up of what these guys are about. Latest single ‘I Will Find You’ is a real mellow creation for the most part, holding streaks of an upbeat Indie spark throughout.
‘Letters To Nowhere’ is quite possibly the one to showcase the appeal of this band more than any other. Crisp, clear vocals, and a flowing melody carrying tender, earnest lyrics in its course – spot on.
Definitely a Fortitude band to watch for this year.
