Gruff Rhys Announces UK Tour

Former Super Furry Animal’s man Gruff Rhys has announced a UK tour for September.

Rhys will play a string of 13 dates in support of his recent fourth solo LP American Interior. The tour will see the Welshman perform in some smaller, more unique venues across the country.

Ahead of the shows, Rhys has previously announced he will perform a ‘multimedia tour’ across Glastonbury festival, where he will give several performances and talks surrounding the varying formats of American Interior.

The album, which recalls the tale of an 18th century, Welsh farmhand travelling across America in search for a mythical Welsh speaking Native American Tribe, was released as an album, a film, a book and an app.
