It has been announced that hit artist, Ed Sheeran will play a surprise gig in the intimate Dublin setting of Whelan’s later this month.
Scheduled for January 24th, this special gig is part of the VH1 ‘Storytellers’ series which sees artists play and talk about their songs with an intimate audience.
This Dublin gig is set to only see a crowd of 400 attend, and it is not yet known if tickets will be made available to the public.
“It’s amazing to come back to perform at a place that means so much to me personally. I was only about 11 or 12 years old when I saw Damien play at Whelan’s, and that night literally changed my life.”
