Following on from the announcement of their forthcoming new album ‘AM’, Arctic Monkeys have today announced an October/November UK Arena Tour.
The 8 date tour will see the Arctic Monkeys take to the stage starting and Newcastle’s Metro Arena and finishing with a hometown show at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena and will also see dates at London’s Earls Court and dates in Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff, Birmingham and Glasgow.
Main support for the tour will come from The Strypes.
Arctic Monkeys go on to headline this weekend’s Glastonbury festival this Friday (June 28).

October 23: Manchester Arena, Manchester
October 25: Earls Court, London
October 28: Echo Arena, Liverpool
October 29: Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff
October 31: LG Arena, Birmingham
November 01: Hydro, Glasgow
November 02: Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield.
Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9am, July 5th.
