A*M*E Unveils ‘Play The Game Boy’ Video

Travelling from war-torn Sierra Leone at the age of eight, A*M*E grew up in South London and having finished school just last year.

She has been hard at work writing, recording and performing, but it doesn’t just stop there for the arising singer-songwriter. A*M*E, aka Amy Kabb, has been busy creating her own fanzine, which coincidentally enough just happens to be called “The A*M*E”.

Her fanzine is a steady mixture between Just 17 and SuperSuper, as the magazine is all about A*M*E’s take on the world. It consists of her love of fashion, music, the 90’s and everything in between.

On top of this current project, Kabb spent the summer supporting The Wanted, JLS, Jessie J and performed ahead of the gold medal boxing bout at the Olympics. All that aside, she now is gaining some fans at Radio 1 and several fashionable magazines, whilst experiencing all the fun stuff that you should expect with appearances on Blue Peter and T4.

However it isn’t just the UK that the singer has managed to capture, as it has been announced that she’s currently #1 in the Korean Singles Chart.

Signed to Future Records, notably founded by Gary Barlow (Take That) and Universal, the future looks bright for the starlet. She is now set to go out on tour with The Voice’s, Tyler James, dates listed below:

18th November 2012 – Academy 3, Manchester
19th November 2012 – Glee Club, Birmingham
21st November 2012 – O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London
