XXYYXX, aka Marcel Everett, is the American 17-year old producer that has catapulted himself into the musical limelight following the success of his single, ‘About You’.
Even at such a young age, Everett has already achieved huge recognition as his dynamic video for ‘About You’, produced by Jeffrey Vashhaving, achieved over 6 million Youtube views. His viral achievements have led to him working alongside the likes of Usher and Tinashe for their respective remix campaigns, whilst earlier this year he had the opportunity to headline the San Francisco-based Noise Pop Festival.
Describing his music as “doing drugs on the freeway … underwater”, he will be bringing this unique style to London’s Koko on May 4th accompanied by folktronica producer Blackbird Blackbird, aka MikeyMaramag.
