White Lies have announced details of the release of the first single from their forthcoming third studio album ‘Big TV’.
‘There Goes Our Love Again’ will be released by Friction Records on August 5th. The single, also featuring Hostage and Torn remixes of the track, will be released on 10″ vinyl and download.
Recorded in early 2013 as part of their album sessions at the ICP studios in Brussels, Belgium, ‘There Goes Our Love Again’ was produced by Ed Buller and mixed by Mark ‘Spike’ Stent. Their third album, ‘Big TV’ will be released on August 12th.
White Lies will play 3 intimate shows at London’s Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on July 23, 24 & 25, in which tickets for the shows went on sale in early June and attracted 10,000 ticket applications, mark a return to the 300 capacity venue where the band played their first London show on February 27th 2008.
The first song released from the new album, ‘Getting Even’ was made available as a free download via the band’s website www.whitelies.com.
