Vann Music & Go Wolf To Play Dublin Charity Gig Tonight

Irish music company, CHOORPY, will tonight host the first in a series of live music events in partnership with children’s charity and ambulance service, BUMBLEance.

The event, which takes place at 8pm in Dublin’s Bello Bar, aims to raise funds and awareness for the highly innovative charity ambulance service, which transports long-term sick and seriously disabled children to and from hospice, hospitals and respite centres to their homes.

Launching the start of ‘CHOORPY Live Venues’, this event will feature live music from Irish artists VANN MUSIC and GO WOLF and will be the first in a series of live gigs and events throughout Ireland to both help BUMBLEance and to provide opportunities for independent Irish musicians.

Other events include ‘CHOORPY Live Festivals’ – for which CHOORPY is currently prepping a stage for Indie Week Europe in Manchester and a major music festival in Brooklyn, New York in 2015 – and ‘CHOORPY Live BUMBLEance’ – which showcases live independent Irish acts performing within the ambulance, which you can watch here.

Another gig will also take place in Belfast in the New Year, but for tonight tickets are €10 can be purchased here.

BUMBLEance currently consists of just the one ambulance as they are €30,000 short of getting a second on the road.  It is their vision to have 5 stationed across Ireland within a few years.

CHOORPY are urging as many people as possible to come along and help BUMBLEance achieve this goal, while at the same time empowering independent Irish musicians to make a living and get discovered for global opportunities.

Every ticket purchased, every post shared and every gig attended will help an Irish artist and a sick child in Ireland.  And what better way to help others than by enjoying live music from some of Ireland’s best up-and-coming talent? See you there!
