We’re not sure how exactly Harlea hasn’t been on our radar until now, but boy are we happy we’ve found her. The young singer-songwriter’s latest single ‘Beautiful Mess’ is utterly infectious and we can’t wait to see what she gets up to next.
Kicking off instantly with a toe-tapping beat, ‘Beautiful Mess’ straight away feels like the type of song you could play on repeat for days. Its filled with catchy pop hooks, twinkling melodies and Harlea’s full-throttle lead vocal is second to none. She’s been described as similar to the likes of Estrons and YONAKA in the past, which to be honest we can’t hear, but after doing some research it seems this single is far poppier than her previous singles… Not that we’re complaining! Clearly Harlea’s decided to change it up from her heavier predecessors and although she may lose some fans in the process, we’re certain she’s gonna gain a whole bunch as well. No sweat.
