Following in the footsteps of the likes of Foals and Bloc Party, North London’s DAZE prove they are here to stay with their forward-thinking latest single ‘Reformation’.
Elements of math rock and shoegaze are certainly apparent in ‘Reformation’, but its also that familiar infectious indie twang that really makes the track stand out. Its filled with fuzz, reverb, energy and pulsating beats; the perfect formula for any rock anthem, if you ask us. Still a bit rough around the edges, but that’s understandable for such a young band who are still very much at the start of their career. We’re sure that as they hone their sound, we’ll be seeing much more of them on the London circuit in the near future.
