Bury Tomorrow continue to build hype for their upcoming album ‘Runes’ with their second single and first video of the album- ‘Man On Fire’.
Bury Tomorrow simultaneously premiered their new track ‘Man On Fire‘ on the Rock Show with Daniel P Carter, and released the video. The single stays true to form with a classic Bury Tomorrow build up and generally, the song is everything you would expect from the Southampton-based quintet- very metal core style riffs, fast double-pedal action and catchy vocals. After 2009’s Portraits and their 2012 concept album The Union of Crowns, Bury Tomorrow seem to have really pulled together the perfect blend of screaming and clean vocals. Don’t expect anything revolutionary from the new single, by now fans know what to expect and they won’t be disappointed.
As for the video, I have one word for you- pyrotechnics. Not exactly uncommon in the metal video conventions but it was awesome to see the burning Runes logo under the band. Let’s face it with fire and a badass track, you can’t really go wrong. Check the video out below, and watch out for Runes coming in May.
