Known for his very distinctive, intricate guitar playing, Newton’s live presence is second-to-none, and we have a feeling that Whelan’s will be just the stage to make it all shine that little bit more.
Known for hits such as ‘Dream Catch Me’ and ‘I Need Something’, Faulkner’s lyrical precision is something you couldn’t fault, so this album is something we’re very much looking forward to.
We recently caught Newton wowing the crowd at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre supporting Amy Macdonald, so we’ll certainly be popping down to see him entertain his own crowd in Whelans this October.
