Electro soul singer Project Alfie is establishing himself strongly in foggy London town. He places himself in the genre of Retro/Futurism, a combination that sees Project Alfie creating catchy pop inspired tracks with some serious heart.

Tell us how you got in to music?
Apparently I’ve singing since before I could talk .. So it’s been an obsession from the very start
What has been your main influence on your music?
My first musical influences would have to Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Prince. So basically my parents vinyl collection !!
Who would you like to be compared to?
I don’t think I’d like to be compared but I’d like people to hear my influences in my music
Tell us about some of your major achievements so far?
I guess getting my music played on 1Xtra and getting to work in New York with Sean C and LV who did Jay-Z’s American Gangster album.
Where would you want to be in five years as an artist?
Continuing to write and perform new music ..The aim is to always learn and develop.
Are there any bands/acts you’ve been playing with you think we should check out?
I’ve been lucky to performing with uk artist lula sounds .. Love her voice . Also check out my friend Folly Rae!
