Cardiff’s next big thing, Houdini Dax, bring a great mix of rock music that fits right in to the current surge for guitar music.
The trio ate known for explosive unforgettable live shows, drawing huge influence from Harry Houdini, the band are becoming more and more of a household name with the massive reputation they are creating.
The band’s music is heavily influenced from bands such as The Beatles to Tame Impala and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, it gives their sound an edge alongside their catchy songwriting and they are looking like an unstoppable force as South Wales gets set to release their next huge band into the British music industry.
The riff based indie tracks alongside their catchy Beatles-esque lyrics will see this band rise alongside other guitar heavy bands like Catfish & The Bottlemen and The Family Rain and are a band to watch this year.
Tipped highly by Wales Online, who are quoted as saying they are “one of the most enthralling and engaging of live acts, they gel like some sort of supernatural force”, the band are sure to pick up more fans like they did through their gigs supporting young superstars The Strypes as they head around the UK to play more and more gigs.
