Kimberly Anne Prepares for Long-Awaited Début Album

After confirming the idea for the album cover over a week ago, singer-songwriter, Kimberly Anne continues to tease us as she posts behind the scenes pictures of her on the shoot, via her Twitter profile yesterday.

The alternative artist began releasing EP’s all the way back in 2013, with ‘Bury It There’, a title track that also received a highly popular remix from fellow British artists, Bastille. From then on her subsequent compilations have received nothing but praise; with the release of, ‘Liar’ (January 2014), ‘Hard As Hello’ (March 2014) and finally her most definitive title, ‘This Is Me’ in July 2014.

She has shared stages with the likes of Jake Bugg, John Newman, HAIM, Lewis Watson and Bipolar Sunshine. As well accompanying Hudson Taylor on tour, in 2013, for numerous shows and then again in 2014 for several festivals as well as being the opening act for their debut appearance at the St Pancreas Renaissance Hotel, celebrating the Global Day of Discovery last June.

Kimberly has been able to attract a growing number of fans, not only through her melodious music and her inclusive involvement on social media, but also through a series of free headlining gigs. Documented on the artist’s YouTube page, it is evident that her music continues to draw in the ears of many, going from playing The Social (one of London finest pubs for great music and good booze) to selling our St Pancreas Church a mere six months later.

After kicking off this year in spectacular style, supporting Swedish folk duo First Aid Kit in January with the biggest audience coming in at 5,000 strong at the Hammersmith Apollo. The only way is up for our Kimberly Anne, and the release of her debut album can only send things sky high!
