Kate Nash, Hudson Taylor, Wyvern Lingo and new Urban Village added to Indie18 Lineup

The summer months are just beginning to rear their heads over the horizon, bringing with them the 2018 festival season. Among them is one of Ireland’s favourites, Indiependence. Indie has gone from strength to strength in recent years and the trend looks set to continue, with this year’s bill still expanding.

We’re delighted to share the addition of Kate Nash, Hudson Taylor, Wyvern Lingo and Stereo Honey to the lineup for this August Bank Holiday Weekend, but it doesn’t stop there.

For the first time, Indie 18 introduce The Urban Village, a new stage drawing from a recent surge in the popularity of Irish Hip-Hop, which will feature the creme de la creme of up and coming Irish Hip-Hop and urban talent. With Mango X Mathman, Kojaque, Tebi Rex and Erica Cody among a long list of performers scheduled for the Urban Village Stage, it’s sure to be a busy one.

Kate Nash and her iconic sounds join an already impressive lineup of headliners including Primal Scream, Walking on Cars, Jake Bugg, Cast, Sigala and Le Galaxie.

Of course, Hudson Taylor is the latest in home-grown talent to be announced for Indie. They join the fantastic Irish contingent already on the bill, following up the release of their latest EP “Feel It Again”.

Indie 18 promises greatness once more. With a line up like that, you’ll want to snap up your tickets sooner rather than later!
