Indie giants Kasabian have announced the details of their new album 48:13, which will be released on 9th June, 2014.
The Leicester band will appear live on Radio 1 on Zane Lowe’s show to give an exclusive interview and airing of new single ‘Explodes’, a preview of which can be heard below.
Speaking on the album, guitarist Serge Pizzorno said “We had the confidence to be more direct, more honest with this album. I started to strip away layers rather than to just keep adding.”
Although few details about the album have been revealed so far, the track listing has been announced.

Kasabian have a busy summer ahead, and are set to headline Glastonbury festival alongside Arcade Fire.
