The countdown is on! In just 7 days Jhene Aiko will debut her album ‘Souled Out’ but in the meantime she’s been ever so kind and given us the official video for ‘Pressure’.
Aiko’s message is simple: “love yourself in this moment, love this moment, know this moment as truth… be this moment…. Sail your soul… don’t sell your soul … it’s the only thing we can take with us, where ever it is we go.”
‘Pressure’ is one of 12 tracks to make the album cut. Directed by Childish Gambino, the video reflects on the trials of fame and how not to let it get the better of you. Reigning on that dark woe flashing lights, red carpet appearances and the scenes of juggling family life remind us that the glitz and glam world of stardom can impact on pretty much everything!
Keeping things real and 100% pure, Aiko’s outfits are always one of sheer class whereby the wildest part of her look is rocking some super stylish blonde dreads. Which may I add look pretty damn fly!
