James Franco and Seth Rogen could be set to collaborate again on a film based about the making of Cult film The Room.
Oscar nominated Franco is in line to play the films eccentric director and star Tommy Wiseau, while Rogen will produce the project.
The film will be adapted from star Greg Sestro’s book The Disaster Artist: My Life Inside The Room.
Rogen recently told a radio show that he’s a huge fan of the movie and spoke of their plans to turn it into a film.
The Room became a cult classic after its release in 2003, famous for its bizarre plot points and even stranger acting.
It’s regularly shown at Rocky Horror-style screenings with lots of audience participation, and is often voted one of the worst films ever made.
Franco is also rumoured to be directing the film.
