After announcing the slot at this year’s Download Festival alongside The Sword and Converge, Hang The Bastard felt it was time to get out on the road and play some shows.
The band is due to return in May accompanying a new line up, new tracks and a new musical direction. On returning to playing live, Hang The Bastard’s Tomas Hubbard said:
“It’s been so long since we have played live. We have been busy though! Writing tons of new riffs for the next record and we are so eager for people to come out and hear it. This also gives everyone a chance to warm their necks up for banging at Download!”
The London-based quintet have announced that you should expect to hear a new song in the next few weeks. Prepare to sink your teeth into the metal scene, whilst head banging in unison, as 2013 is the year of the Hang The Bastard.
