EP Review: Panda Watch – Can I Borrow A Feeling?

The pioneers of Cry-baby emo pop return with the brilliant new EP entitled ‘Can I Borrow A Feeling?’

Middle of Everywhere Else‘ was the first track released from ‘Can I Borrow a Feeling’ and is by far my favourite on the EP. With a sing-a-long chorus and a toe-tapping rhythm you can see why Panda Watch were selected to support The Front Bottoms on their latest tour.

The second track on the EP ‘Better‘ is much slower than ‘Middle of Everywhere Else’, with elements of the slower Brand New songs, ‘Better‘ is one you can sit around and whisper the lyrics to as you immerse yourself in the music.  Track three ‘Janowski’ is a more energetic quicker song before the fourth and final track of the EP ‘Eve‘. Another slower track that you can just sit and let the music swallow you up.

Panda Watch have refined the sound that they created with ‘Day 5’ and made something really great with ‘Can I Borrow a Feeling?’.

‘Can I Borrow a Feeling?’ can be downloaded at “name your price” so you can give as much or as little as you want so there is no reason at all apart from sheer stupidity to not give these 3 lads from Birmingham a listen.
