The track itself is graced with soothing, prominent piano, equipped with distant, hidden strings. The focus on the surface is the translucent vocals of Denai herself, using the instrumentals to merely guide the track.
A wonderfully tranquil and calming vibe is linked with the track from beginning to end, battling heartfelt lyrics like “you’re sinking down like a pebble in the lake, like the ghosts of my past, that’s fading away”.
