Following an article regarding the news of former frontman Tommy Rutland going solo, Dangerous! have dismissed talks of the Australian hardcore band going on hiatus.
It was reported the band were set to head into hiatus, following a tweet from their account earlier in the day, but it appears that the band have retracted that statement with the remaining trio, Nicky Jones, Jarred Lee and Liam Neville, currently working on some new material for a new vocalist.
Now listed as “on vacation”, the group have insisted that there is no bad blood between them and Tommy Rutland, as they all remain good friends. In fact, Rutland will be producing and recording various projects for the members’ other side projects.
However, speaking about the future of Dangerous!, drummer Jarrad Lee stated:
“Just to let you know, Dangerous! isn’t in hiatus. We’re writing new material for a new singer in which will shock the world. Jlee.”
So good news for you Dangerous! lovers, which many are judging by the article interaction previously, the band seem to be going nowhere and it will be interesting to see what shocking conquests are now in-store.
