Having gained the support of massive names in the celebrity world such as Simon Cowell, Coldplay, Russell Brand and Jason Manford, terminally ill teenager Stephen Sutton has managed to raise over £3 million for Teenage Cancer Trust.
His inspirational and positive attitude towards his illness has left a mark on an incredible amount of people following and contributing to his story.
Hip hop artist Tommy D has just released a charity single entitled ‘Right There’ dedicated to Stephens Story. All proceeds go to Teenage Cancer Trust and you can buy the single right here.
