Father John Misty gave a graceful and charming live rendition on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

Oh, Joshua Tillman. How you make our hearts swoon. The charismatic singer-songwriter — better known by his moniker Father John Misty — belted out a charged performance of ‘Holy Shit’ on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert the other night.

Stripped back from the orchestral strings of the album version, the performance of ‘Holy Shit’ was both dramatic and mellow. Taken from the critically acclaimed I Love You, Honeybear, ‘Holy Shit’ was given the preacher-treatment in startlingly fashion. You can watch the performance below.
