Single Review: Dearest Lovely World – Simon D James

Simon D James delivers us a love letter in his debut single ‘Dearest Lovely World’.

With folk-infused melodies and warm vocals, the track oozes cosiness. The benevolent single is based on the idea that regardless of colour or creed, we are all bound together by the common threads of love, loss and the need to find community in an ever more fractured world.

With the inclusion of such tender lyrics and a musicality that will capture the hearts of fans of Vance Joy and The Lumineers, Simon D James showcases his ability to write truly enchanting music with a very important and poignant message.

‘Dearest Lovely World’ is out now.
