Manchester based band “Puppet Rebellion” took to the stage at Hoxton Square Bar for their first London show, accompanied with newly appointed singer Oliver Davies.
“Puppet Rebellion” were the second band to perform at the show presented by MAMA and were definitely the stand out act. They brought their incredible energy and passion which has seen them go from strength to strength and achieve some incredible moments. They created an electric atmosphere inside Hoxton Square Bar and the attentive crowd soaked up every bit of it.
They began with a few of their older and more popular songs in which Ollie stepped up to the former singers high standards and took control of the venue from the start. Fans and new listeners moved and sang along to their catchy lyrics and bouncing riffs. Oliver Davies came into his own in their new single and shone bright with his incredibly powerful vocals.
“Puppet Rebellion” are one of the best bands emerging from the Manchester scene and will be returning to London after their UK tour, they are definitely a must see for all old and new fans.
