Ahead of the release of début EP ‘Honest Hearts’, The Lake Poets (aka Martin Longstaff) has just unveiled yet another promising number, ‘Windowsill’.
Sporting a more laid back and mellow vibe than the title track ‘Honest Hearts’ does, it sets the EP up for an impressive diversity.
The recent backlog of material being unleashed by The Lake Poets, including ‘WIndowsill’, ‘Honest Hearts’ and the previous single ‘April’ all have the potential to make 2014 a big break for the budding artist. Having impressed crowds on tour with the likes of Ben Howard, Lucy Rose, Jake Bugg and Daughter, Longstaff has all the foundations in place, and it seems this EP will do the rest.
