At just 19, Luke Saxton has recorded an estimated 400 songs in his bedroom since his early songwriting bloom at the age of 7.
Influenced by the likes of Simon & Garfunkel, The Beatles, Harry Nilsson and Frank Sinatra, Luke has dreamed of making the perfect 60’s inspired album for quite some time. And now, his début ‘Sunny Sadness’ is set for release on November 24th.
Set to be released jointly by Bad Paintings and The Inkwell, the album was written and recorded entirely by Luke himself and is said to encapsulate issues of “loneliness and the breakdown of a relationship”.
We are delighted to bring you the exclusive premiere of Luke’s brand new video for ‘Song For Harry Nilsson’ on Fortitude Magazine.
