The Mandalorian Season 2 is only a month away, and we’ve got our first look at what to expect from our favourite babysitting bounty hunter’s upcoming adventures.

Mando (Pedro Pascal) and Baby Yoda are back in a brand new trailer for one of the most anticipated series in recent memory. 2019’s The Mandalorian was without a doubt one of the standout series of last year and brought back the kind of Star Wars diehard fans have been crying out for.

Headed by creator Jon Favreau alongside an exceptionally talented team of writers, directors, crew members and cast, the first season reminded fans of why we all fell in love with that galaxy far far away. It was a series full of action, suspense and sublime storytelling, and left audiences desperate for more.

The new trailer promises more of the same, as Mando and his big-eared sidekick traverse the outskirts of the galaxy in search of answers. There will be Tusken Raiders, Storm Troopers, underground fight clubs, and even suggestions of the all but forgotten Jedi entering the frame.

Series one favourites Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) and Cara Dune (Gino Carano) return alongside the awesome Pedro Pascal as Mando, and the mysterious Moff Gideon played by the very brilliant Giancarlo Esposito. Newcomers that have been confirmed, include Rosario Dawson as Clone wars favourite Ahsoka Tano, as well as Michael Biehn, and Timothy Olyphant whose roles have yet to be confirmed.

With the exception of Favreau directing the opening episode of the new series, we can’t yet be sure of who will be taking the directorial reigns of the following episodes, but it will surely be a special team that includes some returning faces.

You’ll find the trailer below…

This is the way.

The Mandalorian Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ 30th October 2020
