Single Review: Majestic Minds ‘Doing This My Own Way’

Majestic Minds have done it again. This may only be their second single but we can already tell this incredibly talented duo are going places. Their latest single ‘Doing This My Own Way’ is catchy as hell and we can’t get enough.

Consisting of emerging producer Haides and the sultry sounds of singer-songwriter Marlie, it seems this duo have created the perfect formula for writing a killer dance tune. Their previous release, ‘Oxygen’, was a UK garage banger, but this one has more of a future-house sound to it. Think Bondax with a splash of Disclosure, but with the super soulful tones of Marlie – aka Charlotte Haining. Haides – aka Calum Garvey – once again shows off his incredible ability to make slick, electronic beats that are undeniably addictive. We’re sure it won’t be long before we hear these tunes pumping out in your nearest club and we’ll be front and centre when it happens.
