Meet 2013’s Barclaycard Mercury Prize Nominees

Late last night the lovely Lauren Laverne announced this year’s Barclaycard Mercury Prize nominees. Out of an entry of 220 albums the shortlist below are in with a chance of joining previous winners Alt-J, PJ Harvey and The XX.

Bets are already being placed for who will take home the award from London’s Roundhouse on the 30 October. Check out the full shortlist below and Tweet us your thoughts on who you think should or shouldn’t have been included.
