Review: Real Connoisseur – Faux de Baux

This budding Oxford-based DJ is certainly proving that fresh new act to follow, claiming hot spots on Radio 1’s guest list ‘In New DJ’s We Trust’ mingled by the delights of B.Traits.

Boldly stepping out of the shadow with ‘Faux de Baux’, Conor Lloyd causes a cool collaboration of sexy, lyrical soul, twisting an epical movement of bountiful bass.

Whilst drawing fine inspiration from the likes of Julio Bashmore, Eats Everything and Disclosure, it probably won’t be too long before this talented, young producer joins the heavy ranks of underground society.Making heads ways with ‘What Do You Know’ the Real Connoisseur is made to make that musical movement so currently sort after.
